Heroin usage is on the rise, reaching its highest levels since the 1970s. Orange county narcotic agents reported a 150% spike in heroin overdoses from 2016 to 2017. What is law enforcement doing to combat this epidemic and what is being done to education the public over the dangers of drug abuse? We sit down with Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings and Carol Burkett.
